“Exceptionally poor service”

I mailed the info address to enquire whether a size of shoe was in stock, no reply.. Needed to have them to get them dyed to match my wedding outfit .

I ordered, received shoes and bag but shoes didn't fit. Having returned them by return, for a bigger size, two weeks on I have heard nothing, despite a further email.

SO, GIVEN UP WAITING For shoes and gone to john Lewis where they arrived within 24 hours.

Still waiting to hear about a refund. And there's no number to call. I may end up at trading standards to get a refund at this rate.
