Ordered flowers to arrive on a friends birthday,despite checking via the tracking service that the flowers were in the depot awaiting delivery the night before her birthday they did not arrive until the day after.Rang the customer service line to complain.They were totally unhelpful and not interested in my complaint.I will not be using them again.Only put a one star rating because the field would not allow me to score zero!
