Good Points
Good points about this phone is that it is light weight, cute to look at, and has many accessibilities. I love it. It is a small and convenient phone.

Bad Points
Although this is a great phone, it does have it's bad points. I too do not have very good reception in areas that I need it the most. I also can not change my welcome note and noone can seem to help me find out why.

General Comments
The Nokia 5165 mobile phone is an overall great investment. I never do leave home without it. It does keep a great battery span and when I am bored it keeps me occupied with the *Snake* game.
