“fast and efficient”

After trying multiple "fare saving" sites I stumbled onto SmartFares.
What a relief! I am a very satisfied customer. DO NOT use Expedia if you want fast and efficient. I was on hold over an hour and still was not able to book my flights or obtain help.
I called the customer service number and within a minute was answered by a real person who was very helpful.
