The online order system is TERRIBLY flawed.

Cards written in a different language aren't accepted properly. Actually the content of the writing work all the way till the "confirmation page" - whereupon it's garbled.

My order wasn't in the system - despite being associated with the email account I used to send it with. This means I couldn't track or cancel it.

I contacted Customer services and they told me they'd cancel and refund my order.

The flowers were delivered on time...The order was not cancelled.


My ONLY hope is that they will refund me the money ... but I have a feeling their incompetence will only work in their favour!
