Order didn't arrive, no e-mail explaining delay, had to make three phone calls to chase order, finally cancelled order as it was for a birthday, order still sent, e-mailed for an explanation, still awaiting refund several days later. Offered a discount on my next order but am unlikely to need anything else. Relocation of warehouse poor excuse as they could have told customers who ordered over this period that delays were likely giving us the choice of continuing, should also have been e-mailed when dispatch was delayed.
