Very angry,got a quote for £69 for my Samsung galaxy s2, then receive an email saying it's only worth £20 due to damaged screen, my phone has had a hard leather flip case and screen protector on it from day 1 so I do not understand how they say it is damaged. Do not use this company, they are a joke, I now have to pay to get my phone back and by the other reviews I have read I may not get it back.
