“Should be called Cancun Excellent tours”

Excellent experience for us from start to finish. Cancun-discounts gives the impression it might be cheap, but not first choice, but it is absolutely first class. We booked a private tour to the Coba ruins with the cenotes also included. It was cheaper than it would have been to go with our hotel who run a tour, but our main reason for booking was flexibility. And wow, these folks really go the extra mile. Not only did they answer our emails really quickly and in excellent English, we managed to book for the very next day! Our guide turned up spot on time, with a beautiful clean air conditioned vehicle, and heaps of information for us as we sped out of Cancun to Coba. We arrived earlier than most, and our driver was also certified to be able to guide us round the ruins. Brilliant! We rented bikes, definitely the way forward, and could spend as much or as little time as we wanted. He dropped us off at a lovely lunch spot, where we were all alone, with very quick service and good food. Then onto the cenotes, utterly stunning, quiet, once again, no other people there, and to top it all a great wildlife experience of a snake eating a frog. So cool to be able to watch, with just us and not 30 people scaring it off. Just brilliant - and all for less money than a regular tour. Incredible! We wanted to be back at our hotel fairly quickly in the afternoon, to which Ariel obliged, saying "This is all about you, not me!" and it really was all about us! It was such a good day, such a great way to see the archaeological site , and excellent service, with easy payment options. Will definitely use Cancun-discount tours again.
