we paid 3 months of service and our server is down since 14 days. They donn't reply to phone, no emails, no paypal, no chat, no tickets, nothing. They just they disapeared ran off with the money, we got the datacenter information where that they are using and call them, the datacenter told us hostaddon just didn't paid their server so they are suspended. So they charge us but they are suspended from their datacenter ??? I will report this to the police.
