I experienced the same excellent service as one of the previous customers comments below.
Ordered the laptop on line on the Friday....expected 5 day (free) delivery and about an hour after I had placed the order, I was informed that the laptop had been despatched.....
It turned up on the Monday morning. If that was the slow delivery option I would love to know how long the express delivery takes......probably turns up before you even place the order ;-)
Faultless service! Wish all companies were like this!
