“Certficate of Insurance”

I took out insurance with MCE so that I could pick up a bike and get it road taxed. The confirmation e-mail from MCE said I would receive documentation in up to 24 hours (too late to get on the train to pick up the bike). I was thinking Oh No - I should have checked before I purchased. I contacted MCE and spoke to an advisor from the Customer Service Team. She instantly e-mailed the certificate of insurance. Fantastic and thank you.
