“Better Than Expected”

Just used Easy Valet parking for a trip to Edinburgh from Heathrow T5. The service we received was excellent - better than we had expected. The instructions for arriving at the airport and calling in advance were clear and straight-forward and the driver arrived a few minutes after we had parked the car. The driver re-confirmed the procedure for collecting the car and asked whether we were checking-in any luggage. Then when we arrived back at Heathrow, before we had got off of the plane the driver called to say he was already at the collection point so there was no need for us to call them. He knew that we hadn't checked-in any luggage so we would be out of the terminal fairly quickly. We found the driver and car very quickly and were provided with a ticket to exit the car park which didn't cost us anything. So we were on the M25 within 30 minutes of landing at Heathrow which we thought was amazing. Added to this the cost for this service was only fractionally more than parking at a conventional car park with the hassle of getting transfer buses. So based on this experience we can't fault the service and will definitely use Easy Valet again and recommend to friends.
