We ordered and paid for a dozen red roses which arrived dead. They were 'replaced' 10 days later by carnations and chrysanthemums and a couple roses, which they called 'goodwill'. They did not refund any of the £25 paid for roses. They claimed a couple of the dead rose delivery were not quite dead! Their website says they are a 'family' business with excellent customer service. It is the worst internet merchant I have ever experienced. They do not deserve a single star. This was supposed to be a surprise gift for a young girl in a play, which was completely ruined by Lillian Rose who offered no apology.
