“Appalling service”

I paid £1700 for a mattress which the Dreams did not deliver on the agreed delivery date - agreed in writing and confirmed by email. My parnter stayed at home on the delivery date, despite this meaning she lost money from her business. Dreams refuse to give us a refund despite not delivering the product. They also lied to my partner saying I had agreed a different date for the delivery - which I did not - and blamed her for not communicating with me. Needless to say we are disgusted and insulted by this terrible company who have zero concept of customer service. You should never use them, there are plenty of other options.
