It seems this place gives everyone the run around. I placed and order Friday 2/7/14 to be delivered by 5pm. At 6:39pm I received an email obviously automated that my flowers had arrived, but they had not. After speaking with customer service several times it was confirmed the flowers were never delivered. They told me they would offer me an upgrade to the premium package, a 20% discount refund, an apology letter, and a $15 gift certificate. They also informed me they would use a different florist for delivery today 2/8/14. I've have received nothing but the run around from this company and they have no business having a banner on their website that CBS rates them as the #1 online florist. Guess what? It's now nearly 8pm and the flowers still have not been delivered. I was told at 1pm this afternoon they had spoken to the florist and they were out for delivery., but still no flowers. I asked that they still deliver the flowers since I'm out if state that is should they ever arrive and for a full discount. Since tomorrow is Sunday there will be no flower delivery so they offered a 50% discount and promised to call me first thing Monday morning after they reach the local florist. I informed them this is their last shot. If I am not called Monday morning and the flowers are not delivered I expect a full refund and I am more than happy to tell everyone I know to never use this company. With social media these days one can reach millions of people with the cluck of a button. I think CBS should read some of these reviews.
