“Let's hope it gets better ”

I've just booked my honeymoon with Thomson, went to see them and explained that It was important to me that the beach was nice, and that to my partner wifi was important and he also wanted to fly on the Dreamliner on the upgraded seats (£500 more) so..we looked at a couple of hotels for Mexico, the first hotel was nice but as it's our honeymoon we want to stay in a junior suite, the rep continually kept saying oh honestly the only difference is a sofa you won't be in the room enough..the second hotel we both loved! And the pictures looked great!..(obviously were photoshopped) I was very excited to have booked the honeymoon untill I discovered on tripadvisor the beach/sea is lined with sand banks.. Complete eyesore!! I called to see if I could change my hotel and I was basically told I'd have to do it today otherwise I would be charged and all I've heard is that I shouldn't worry the hotel is great and that other people seem to like the beach..well I have a aerial pic of the beach it's terrible, I had visioned white sands and beautiful clear water for my honeymoon.. Not big black sandbanks! They can actually be seen on google earth!! And run the length of hotel! The rep does not seem to get it at all! I will be changing my hotel..should have went to thomas cook :(
