“Dreadful do not use”

It took us 90 minutes to collect our car. We were given the wrong car so had to queue for a further 30 minutes. We were then given a filthy car but at least it was diesel. We have been home a week and are still waiting for the €800 deposit to be returned.
The staff are rude, they don't even appear to like each other. The girl who served us did't seem to know what she was doing either.
We will never use them again. We were routed to the through Argus so will not be using them again either.
