Waiting an age yet again for the Lumia Black updates on Nokia Lumia 920. All other operators have rolled this out except 3UK. Customer Service is beyond dire. Totally useless in every possible way. As soon as my contract is up I'm going back to o2 who I would thoroughly recommend. For the money you pay ay least part of this goes toward the service you receive surely. They really need a shake up of their employees whose knowledge and manner are near useless! No redeemable features whatsoever.
