“buyers beware”

If you want to exchange or get a refund for faulty goods- good luck, DS reckon that if you've opened the package you've used the goods. Thats illegal right but once you've sent the item back they hang on to it. You've spent the money, they have your goods and they
say the item has been used. A quick scrape by the returns department and oops it looks used.

Just don't use them
