Do not buy from Epos Direct and E Novations OR Emporium Epos. They seem nice and the product seems great which I paid £1800 full package but they will rip you off as soon as they've got you, They have breached my contract and they chase you for £432 Annual support payment and payment for licence keys to access your till, otherwise you will not be able to use your till its just a peice of junk without the licence key, so they blackmail you to pay up or no till software. They never mention this upon sale or in the contract. If there is Anyone else with this problem, please contact me, together we can close such businesses down. I would take this to WATCHDOG if I have a few more people suffering like us. All the good reviews on here are from the employees in the company. Do not get trapped like we did.
