1. Duped into signing a 60 months contract when led to believe it was 36
2. Stitched up with PCI Compliance fees
3. Wanted to grow business and asked for help with e-commerce side
4. Got shafted when they brought my day to day business under their 'terms and conditions' for my internet side of the business...without any written or verbal notice, of course
5. No one returns your emails or has the decency to say "yes we've received your complaint and this is what we are going to do"
Payment Sense or First Data Merchant Services (both the same and will bat you between both companies to avoid any issues) have screwed my day to day business by withholding over £15000 of my money in the past 7 days, because they decided (without telling me) that they would have a 30 day funding delay on all payments to us???
Yes...with a faceless internet business, I can understand it fully and yes, I will agree with these terms. Customers have purchased products from us, had them fitted and are exceptionally happy with our service, yet we can't get paid for 30 days or more...where's the risk in that? We are not a faceless company-we have a large showroom (a point of call) and lots of lovely 'faced' staff to meet and greet you...WHERE THE HELL IS THE RISK?
This matter is now currently in the hands of our solicitors...maybe we should actually call the police as it's a crime to steal money!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING PAYMENT SENSE/FIRST DATE IF THEY WERE THE LAST MERCHANT SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE UK!
