“Great customer service!”

I booked a vacation package through book it, and made an error on the reservation. I called in to customer service to explain my delimma and to request assistance. The agent I spoke with was extremely helpful. She went through every avenue to make sure she handled my problem and to make sure I was satisfied with the results. She was very patient, since my delimma was quite complicated, and took her time trying to explore the best possible avenue to take. I am very thankful she was able to handle my problem with such ease. She keep me informed when having to place me on hold to further explore my options. I would highly recommend everyone to book through this agency!!!!
