“Not Fit For Purpose”

I receive inconsistent advise from a plethora of advisers at Peninsula. It is really difficult to stick to one adviser giving advice per case as, despite clear instruction, other advisers jump in and answer emails sent to other's email addresses, often giving conflicting advice to the previous advisor. I have had loads of errors in communication and documentation from this company which does not improve despite my complaints.

I believe they are in breach of contract and have mis-sold their services. They may be large but perhaps they have grown too quickly as they obviously cannot handle their clients well.

I agree with others that the company seems not to care about their clients. Had I acted on some advice given from this company and the case had gone to court we would not have stood a chance of winning. When I pointed this out I was told that it was ok as the insurance would have covered the cost. This attitude astounded me as our reputation is important and I also believe in truth and justice.

I am willing to join up with other interested parties to take this further as I fully believe Peninsula Business Services are not fit for purpose.
