“Take no responsibility!”

Don't use this company unless you're happy about them damaging your vehicle and not taking responsibility. It makes no difference if you notice the damage before you drive home, as I did, they will still not admit liability. They sent me a photo of my car as it entered their premises and claimed the damage was pre-existing when it was actually finger prints on a dirty bootlid. Their CCTV cameras are located as you drive into the under cover area so there are reflections from their lighting which makes it impossible to tell if there was damage or not. The images are poor quality also which makes it difficult to prove. Avoid this company. It is tempting to have your car parked by someone else and a great luxury (at a price of course) until they damage your car - then you will end up paying thousands in addition to get your car repaired because of someone else's negligence!
