Hired them for our wedding to take guests to a pub 10 minutes from the church in Camden, and the bus turned down a tiny one way street (despite protests from guests) and ended up getting totally stuck! Luckily guests found it hilarious but they were stuck on the bus for over 30 minutes, and yet the pub was literally just around the corner! My (mostly visiting) guests didn't know this and although the bus driver did, he never said! My husband and I weren't on the bus as we were getting photos taken, but we had missed calls and panicked texts from the driver saying 'contact urgently'. I ask you - what were we supposed to do about it? Luckily it turned out to be a great story for the day, but it seems your drivers need to be taught lessons in both spacial awareness and customer service, as there was no apology or explanation from the driver at all, and it was the guests themselves that eventually realised the pub was just around the corner. The driver clearly was not concerned with the guests on board, just with getting his bus to its destination - are they paid on delivery?
