“Totally abysmal - shame, used to be great, what's...”

I've used this company for several years and always had great service. Not any more!

For the past year the service has steadily gone downhill.

I've been waiting for a refund for an item that was nothing like the description - I'm constantly told I will get it but nothing ever materialises.

I've had no reply to my emails other than once a computerised reply which bore no relation to my query
.
Phoning is a joke - you either get cut off or go on hold for an unreasonably long time, only to finally get through to someone who reads from a script (or so it seems) but really cannot help in any way.

Overall an abysmal service and I'm rather sorry to say my long relationship with this company will now have to end before they inevitably go bust due to lack of customers who are similarly fed up!
