2 reasons not to shop:
1. You might lose money (Moss claims payment failed even when my bank authorised the transaction...)
2. Very unhelpful customer rep who claims that all problems are because of you, not Moss Bros...
Details of my experience:
Tried placing an order online with credit card at Moss Bros. Website claimed that transaction was declined. Tried again through paypal, still calimed declined by Moss Bros system.
However, my bank informed me that the payments made from my account has gone through.
Called Moss Bros the very next day, a customer service rep from Moss Bros insisted that their system has nothing wrong, and if there is any errors it will be from my end.
Moss Bros does not strike me as being very professional. Do you want to trust a non-professional team with your online purchase?
