“Absolutely Terrific Customer Service- Return Flights...”

Having dealt with Travel house for the first time and travelling alone for the first time I was pretty scared, especially as I had never organised flights for myself before.
From the first day of my phone call, I came across a great customer service agent at Travel house, who like many other companies did not force me into buying anything. Instead I was assured and given advice on what was the best option for me. So my journey to booking flights to Australia began.
Following my first phone call I received constant replies to any queries no matter how ridiculous my questions were.
The agent was more than happy to answer anything and went all the way into making sure I was satisfied. Before booking I was very curious about what airlines i was with and how long my wait would be as I was travelling quite far. But my main concern was the cost of being able to change the dates in the future if i needed to when I was in Aus. I was left as a very happy customer feeling relieved that all I had to do was give my details and ask for what I wanted and the delivery from my agent was more than 10% excellent!!! I didn't need to worry about my change in dates as I got one free change of dates if I needed to change the return dates, which meant i wouldn't have to cash out unnecessarily. THANKS :D

I was allowed a month to pay for my flight in installments without any hassle from the agents and was even given the choice to pay however much I could provided it was before the flight date. This was great as I was struggling to get it all out at once and had to wait to get paid from work.

The best bit of the service was being able to freely send emails and Facebook messages directly to my particular agent whom I could ask anything and he would get back to me promptly.
Further to this he made sure that I was getting the best deal as I had inquired for the same flight elsewhere and was quoted a much higher price.

When I rang in to speak to my agent if he wasn't available, I spoke to another member who made sure I was supported with my needs and filled my agent in with all the details who then got back to me to make sure all was dealt with. I didn't have to complain once in the whole process.

When making payments on the phone or booking the flight, I was constantly sent a confirmation email too state what had been processed so that I had details of every step I took as proof, especially as I am very reluctant to dealing with someone I can't physically see, even in this day and age.

This was a very trusting experience and I know that my family and friends will definitely be going back to travel house in the near future for all their needs!! I recommend everyone to check out travel house, as most comparison sites won't direct you to them but you know you'll get the best quote as they will give you the extras and make the deal worth it!

So go ahead and CALL TRAVEL HOUSE.

As I still have to travel to my destination, I am still confident that if I need any assistance when out in AUS it will be as easy as being here in the UK.
