Recently noticed that a couple of items a bought from Go Outdoors were a little bit cheaper on the internet. Contacted customer services via email and was dealt with very promptly. Just gave the relevent details and lowest price was matched and an extra 10% discount applied!! Popped along to store purchased from and received refund no problem. Can't knock that.
Fantastic customer service from all the staff from start to finish.
