Ordered a Powercaddy on line 22/12 no problems.
Got an email on 22/12 saying sorry out of stock (why didnt the website order say this)
Got another email follow up on 22/12 saying order has been dispatched (Confused)
Contacted customer services who said it was indeed out of stock and would be in on 31/12 (oh well no rush me being a fair weather golfer) .
Another e mail saying goods have been dispatched on the 29/02.
03/02 nothing arrived yet so phoned customer services again who advised goods were delivered to me on the 30/01 (surprise to me as i have nothing).
Now waiting for a call back from them to advise me further.
How will it end
a ) They will dispatch another to me .
b) My word against the courier.
C) Royal Mail pay up eventually so even longer wait.
