I now believe forwarding a mobile during December was a little foolhardy. Firstly, my FREEPOST envelope never arrived so had to request a replacement. This now put my return closer to the Christmas postal rush. No doubt the Christmas and New Year holiday period also had a knock-on effect in getting my order processed. I had to chase up my payment, three weeks into January. I got an instant email reply and promise that it would be paid that day, AND IT WAS !! Excellent result from a slow start.
