Unfortunately, my partner has passed away and I had to claim a refund due to the death of the passenger from Holiday Genie. I submitted a refund application in the first week of August 2013 and I still didn't get my money back. The agency doesn't respond to my emails, every time I try to call them they say that my case is being looked at but no progress is being made. The stuff is very unhelpful, sometimes rude and unprofessional. Under following circumstances, I would expect a bit better attitude rather than doing nothing for 7 months. I will never use their services again and strongly recommend avoid this agency for you travel/flights bookings.
