“DREADFUL ..AVOID THIS LOT”

I Would rate minus stars if I could.
Ordered two x 45 Day MASCARA (eyelash tint)
Email confirmation of order confirmed order as 45 Day MASCARA
Invoice in package stated 45 day MASCARA
What did I receive? 2x EYEBROW tint (unsafe to use on lashes).
Their answering service does not appear to take messages ...just asks customers to send email. I kept number on redial for several days and kept trying - just in case there might be a human being around. Three emails have gone unanswered. I have now sent letter asking for refund and prepaid label to return EYEBROW dye. Don't hold out much hope. Reporting to Trading Standards as a matter of principal, as the amount involved is no longer the issue here.
