“money grabbing”

we booked a ford suv for 6 days hire from Miami international airport in November 2013. We booked this using the online booking on the Budget website. The online booking confirmed that collision damage waiver was included as was supplementary liability insurance. Whe we arrived at the Budget desk, we were informed that no insurances were included and we were charged an extra £250.00 on top of the £135.00 already paid. This made the car hire 3 times the cost we were expecting. Despite numerous emails , we have had no joy with any refunds.
DO NOT USE BUDGET, they are a money grabbing company.
