My Adidas sunglasses were several years old so I wasn't sure about the model of replacement lenses to order. They arrived within a few days and I realised I'd ordered the wrong ones. I telephoned the office to enquire what to do about returns and the person who answered my call was extremely helpful. She explained the process and then we had a conversation as she helped me to identify my glasses (A126 evil eye large) and I also offered to return one of my old lenses if that would help. She later emailed me as she had provisionally identified what the correct type could be and this would be confirmed when she received my old lens. When my return was received I was then emailed again as she had identified the model correctly. This model wasn't in stock so a compatible model was sent. Of course when they arrived they were correct and fitted perfectly. They're my favourite glasses I wear when skiing so I'm really happy I can continue to wear them. The whole order and return process was completed in just over a week. Fantastic service and I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
