Called regarding a cruise package back in May 2013. Was told flights weren't released yet and that I should pay a deposit to hold rooms if reasonable flights were found I could get my deposit back. I received no receipt for my money no email confirmation no invoice. I called constantly and was told a receipts details of holiday would be sent out. I received nothing also the flight bought the holiday up to double the price so I decided to cancel back in September 13. I was told the original advisor is the only person that could sort it out and he would give me a call back. I received no call. I called constantly and was told no messages were put on my account and my advisor will call me back. I received no calls. I decide to write to head office informing them that I wanted to cancel and the reasons why. I received no calls no correspondence from Barrhead head office acknowledging my complaint. So I decided to call them they did not apologise for the way I had been treated infact they did not care and they told me I would not be receiving my deposit back. This company totally ripped me off and fed me false information. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and I would not recommend this company to anybody!!
