So the booking process and initial price transparency is great, but as soon you hand over the keys expect a nasty surprise soon after. The customer service is clearly sales drive and try to push you to make a quick decision regarding further repairs from a battery replacement to welding a bracket for the exhaust. My car passed it's mot exactly 1 month back so if any these repairs were serious surely it would have been flagged then. Overall you are paying for someone to collect and convenience of it, but the cost to you is no real difference if you took to an independent garage directly. Worst part is that the repair to change a fuse for my rear window dismister was not replaced. Before you commit to the follow up work shop around to see if you can get the work done cheaper elsewhere. Won't be reusing sadly, but a good concept if they were customer oriented as opposed to sales focused.
