Bought a samsung microwave online from John Lewis. It's developed a electrical fault and the spinny thing wouldn't turn. Emailed them on Sunday got a reply yesterday and got a replacement today. There arranging someone to pick up the faulty one tommorw. Was so happy with the service had to register and write a review.
