“excellent customer service”

I booked a holiday five years ago with holiday genie and their service was excellent I thought I would go with them again this year and again the service up to now is exceptional. More than helpful everything explained over the phone and email and any time I have a query I can email them directly and they get straight back to me with a response. I will definitely use this company again. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and I would and have highly recommended them to others.
