“Excellent first experience”

Found Office Furniture Online while looking for a home office chair. Their website was clear and the prices very competitive. I just missed the deadline for next day delivery but from ordering through to delivery the process was smooth and efficient. Communications were good and kept me informed as my order progressed. The chair was delivered within 2 days and matched the specifications from the website. It was easy to assemble and in use about 30 minutes after delivery. It's smart, comfortable and excellent value for money.

Likes: Products exactly as described, delivery included in the price, next day delivery at no extra charge for orders submitted before 3pm

Dislikes: Courier company set an expectation for delivery on Monday 20th but it was actually delivered on Saturday 18th. Not Office Furniture Online's fault and didn't cause me any problems, just the only part of the process that wasn't perfect.
