“Guaranteed to distress”

the worse online ordering experience ever. Multiple duplications of order. wrong day to deliver. standard email responses with links to answer query that do not work. never answering the query. Am very stressed by this and the fact they are about to distress my recipient by sending a sympathy bouquet on the wrong day. Never use them! no response by phone despite me begging them to call. can't track down a phone number for them that connects. sending flowers should be a pleasure. This experience is just miserable. Never been so disappointed in customer service.
