We had hired a van for an 11 am pick up to transport some furniture up to North Yorkshire. At 10-58 am, we had a call from Enterprise to tell us that our van "had issues" and they were struggling to get another one. They promised to call back within 30 minutes but didn't. After almost an hour, we rang them, only to be told nothing was available. This has cost us the loss of an overnight hotel booking as well as the inconvenience of being unable to move our furniture.
The person we spoke to was barely apologetic and didn't seem concerned about the huge inconvenience caused.
Do not use this company!
