after my parcel not being delivered to a store address i wanted to get in touch with topshop. the reply to my email was

Unfortunately I would not be able to discuss the order due to the Data Protection Act. I can advise that the person who is on the billing details will need to contact us. We will then be able to look into the matter further for you.
I'm sorry that I couldn't assist you further at this time.'
I am the person on the billing details . I called and was left on hold for over an hour which then cut out. I still do not know where my package is.
