Mothercare online is poorly organised.
I placed 2 separate orders in December, both of which I was told were out of stock (after I contacted Mothercare 2 weeks of ordering), far too late to go elsewhere to order in time for Christmas. For someone with a young baby, the last thing I want to be doing is chasing orders that haven't arrived.
No compensation has been offered for Mothercare's error, poor communication and stock management.
Will be using (hassle free) Kiddicare from now on, who offer a price match guarantee, with next day delivery.
