“Poor Poor Service”

I communte into Cardiff regularly form my local station, the train needs at least 3 carriages to accommodate everyone (even then people are standing). Arriva however, insist on putting 2 carriages on this route. Even cattle get to travel in less cramped conditions, but apparently buying a ticket does not entitle you to a seat just a journey!! They clearly do not have enough rolling stock to accommodate the number of passengers travelling especially at peak times. Lets hop ethe franchise is taken away from them and aprofessional train company gets to take over.
