Ok, keeping it simple. Ordered Dec. 3rd, received 1 pair of cleats of the 3 pairs ordered. Contacted them by email to follow-up on missing shoes. No response. Second email sent. Several days later response saying shoes shipped. No tracking number? Asked about tracking number, could not provide it, said was shipped Fed-ex without one(not possible). Before I can ask how that is possible, I receive an email from them attached to my original email. Basically states they are working on it. totally contradicting previous email. Now have received another apology email with original tracking number from the 1 set of cleats. Wow, still no cleats 2 1/2 months later with no clear indication anything is being done. I would say their business model is keep as much as you can, lie to the customer, hope they go away, place non-committal email and ignore. That about sums it up.
