despite bing notified by phone,at least twice, and by email twice about delivery dates and having to travel to meet the delivery etc two orders not delivered. Sofa lost, chairs not delivered and homeless support from the call centre.
Would never recommend this company - you don't save money and it is not worth the aggravation if things go wrong and then no one at Made will speak to you. You can't email the executives - hardly surprising. Senior staff won't speak to customers.
