For the free shipping and the coupon discounts I am extremely pleased! This is my second time buying a Kanken and I just love the organization of the website, the info available and the philosophy of the company. My Kanken is my constant companion and I am excited to receive my second one. Great way to spend my money! I love that the company is such a well kept secret. The bags are well built on top of being trendy and convenient to carry around. I don't think I will ever buy any other type of backpack as I can't imagine traveling without one of my kankens.
