About 6 months ago I had an accident. I was not at fault, my car was repaired by Saga approved garage but the repair was not to my satisfaction I have now given up chasing my insurance and their garage and I will have to repair the car at my own cost. I am still awaiting the outcome of my no claim bonus, compensation and so on. These should have been sorted long before. It has been a nightmare to contact Saga by phone (long wait and high call charges) but there is no one who could be of help when I finally got through.
The entire claim was handled by various companies if you are not happy with the way your claim has been dealt with then God help you. I sent them letter but no reply have been received.
This is my personal experience I know some customers have had a good experience and I wish I was one.
