I have had a website with V/print quite happily for a few years. Recently they had a technical problem and I could not edit the website for over a month. I negotiated a refund on the subscription and have supplies IBAN bank details but to date no money. What really annoys is a different customer services person replies to e mails each time. there is no contact initiated by them its chase, chase, chase all the time. They sent me a questionnaire about the customer service to which I gave negative responses and they replied with an e mail saying'thanks for your positive comments', its insulting and infuriating.
